• Description:  Becoming an equity-conscious educator depends upon continual self-examination and reflection. Participants in this session will use resources from Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction to discuss bias, colorblindness, and micromessages in their own lives and their work as educators with particular emphasis on English language arts and literacy.
