Please join us Thursday, September 26, at the Edgewater Country Club in Tomahawk, to hear speaker, Kathy Champeau, present urgent critical issues facing educators and students as well as why both legislators and educators need to view them through a critical lens. Currently in Wisconsin, there is new proposed legislation, AB110, regarding dyslexia that will impact literacy and the students that we serve. Kathy is the Legislative Chair for the Wisconsin State Reading Association and has followed this legislation as well as other issues and is passionate about helping others understand the topics concerning education. As educators it is important that we stay current with critical issues that we and our students face. We look forward to seeing you at the end of the month!
