  Join us as we learn how to create a collaborative, growth oriented learning community. Learn how to embed read alouds and mindset lessons within the structure of reading workshop, utilizing the gradual release of responsibility, continuously reflecting on the purpose, relevance and authenticity of this work. Join us in the journey of incorporating growth mindset into daily work and see how the power of “yet” produces reflective students who find joy in learning and satisfaction in the process itself.
