Q: How do I register for WSRA 2025?  A: Follow the link to the registration form.

Q: How can you save money on registration? A: Membership has its privileges—including significant savings on events. Not a WSRA member? Join now! Membership is $45. The membership fee will be included in the online registration if you choose to join. Also, sign up during the Early Bird Special. If you wait too long, the fees go up significantly.

Q: My school district uses a Purchase Order to guarantee payment. To whom should the Purchase Order be emailed? A: Please include the Purchase Order number in the online form. Then email the purchase order to the Administrative Assistant at [email protected].  The unpaid invoice will remain open, however, until the actual payment is made. A purchase order is a promise to pay. It is not a payment. 

Q: Where will I find a confirmation email for my completed registration? A: The confirmation will be emailed immediately upon the completion of the registration. Please look for it in your inbox for the email address used to register. It can also be found in My Profile in the Messages box. 

Q: Is it possible to register our full group rather than registering individually? A: Yes. Please contact the Administrative Assistant at 262-825-7109 or by email to [email protected] to set up the Organizational Profile for your school, school district, or agency. The organization must agree that each person in the group profile is or becomes a WSRA member. 

  • Check-in at the Baird Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI.
  • Breakout sessions In the online registration form, you will be asked to select your preferred breakout sessions. 
  • Lunch for Thursday and/or Friday is included in your paid registration. 
  • Scholarships The Pat Bricker Memorial Research Scholarship information can be found HERE. 
  • Awards and Honors  The form for nominations can be found HERE.
  • WSRA 2025 Cancellation and Transfers
    • WSRA does not cancel the conference due to weather.
    • Refunds are not granted for no shows.
    • A $75 fee will be charged for a paid cancellation received before January 20, 2025.
    • Refunds are not granted after January 20, 2025. (due to Baird Center food and beverage orders, and other conference fees based on number of attendees)
    • If you would like to transfer your paid registration to an unregistered person, please contact WSRA at [email protected] by February 5, 2025.
  • Name tags All attendees must wear their own name tags at all times when at the Baird Center for the WSRA conference.  
  • Certificate of Attendance A certificate of attendance will be on each person's name tag sheet. Please retain it for your records. 
  • Safety and Questions while at WSRA's conference
    • WSRA is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, and harassment-free environment for attendees.
    • Please make note of the exits in the Baird Center.
    • The Help Desk is located on the main floor at the check-in area.
    • If you're in need of a lactation room while at the conference, please stop at the Help Desk for the key or directions to the space. 
    • Fire code does not permit standing in the back of the room or sitting on the floor. Please use the tables and chairs provided. 
    • Do not leave personal items unattended or to reserve seats for yourself or others.
    • Attendance at the WSRA conference constitutes consent to be photographed and recorded for use in publicity for WSRA.
